We've been keeping businesses running for more than twenty-five years — long enough to have seen every fad come and go, and to know what actually works.
Our Story
The name changed.
The name changed.
The idea didn't.
We opened our doors in 1999 as Computer Masters Plus, fixing computers for the businesses of Elk City, Oklahoma. Today we do business as Ionix. The idea hasn't changed: take technology off your plate, tell you the truth about it, and be there when you call.
What has changed is what businesses need. A computer that boots isn't the bar anymore — you need email defended against impersonation, data that survives a bad day, doors that only open for your people, and cameras you can check from anywhere. So we grew into all of it: managed IT, cybersecurity, cameras, door access, managed hardware, business phones, and managed print, delivered as one service with one number to call.
We're still in Elk City. Most of our clients are across western Oklahoma, with more in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, and New York. We still answer the phone. And we still believe the best compliment in this business is a client who never has to think about us.
